Everything about The Sense was amazing. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was in a dream. The small attention to details throughout the rooms and property are apparent. It is within walking distance to a great market, which was an added bonus!

The accommodation was very nice and modern. It is directly located at the beach with private sunbeds and service. The hotel offers free bikes which makes it easy to get to Follonica for lunch or dinner. The breakfast buffet had a very big offer with fresh juices and fruit.

Modern, clean with lovely beach and garden. The rooms were beautiful, spacious with very comfy beds. They did think about every detail. Breakfast was delicious and the personnel was nice and helpful. Everything was luxurious and designed with taste.

The sea area, the position, the cleanliness of the rooms. Lovely cleaners. Breakfast was good. Bar service at all the times. Reception service was very good. We had a problem with our room and they did upgrade us.

Amazing hotel!! Should be 5 stars , very clean, beautiful beach , the team was amazing- the reception team is amazing!,we couldn't find a better hotel to finish our 13 days vacation in italy, really recommended. Water sport and bikes included in the price , and made our children happy . Great sunset , Great breakfast , room was very clean( twice a day) It seems that this hotel thought about everything !

Nice hotel, all clean, great equipment and great position. friendly personel. coffee service via Starbucks kind of strange to handle, even with provided vouchers - those actually only work if you have an account with them and order at the cashier, not from the room....

The resort is amazing, so relaxed and we regret we could not stay there longer. The facilities are amazing: beautiful big pool with perfect water temperature; the beach and the sunbeds; the room; tennis court. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cleanest hotel we have ever been to. Smells fresh when you walk into the hotel room. We lived that the room is cleaned two times a day. The water bottles free of charge is a great bonus! We had a fully sea view room that was very spacious for the many luggages we had for our family of 4. The property is truly unique with the beautiful surrounding of trees and flowers. The view overlooking the ocean with the gorgeous chairs and tables that light up is stunning. Every part of the resort is breathtaking! The complimentary breakfast has great variety. There are many gluten free and lactose free options. We love the freshly squeezed juices made daily. What a treat! The live singing at night was beautiful. Added to the serenity of the atmosphere. The beach is nice and clean. Very well- maintained. It was my daughter's birthday and they decorated the table for breakfast and brought her a cake. It was very thoughful and sweet. She felt special. It was much appreciated.

Everything was absolutely fine, housekeeping worked, everything was great, great cocktails in the bar, but in the room there was a very inferior, dangerous teapot that did not have a switch off after the water had finished boiling, then it could not even be picked up, when traveling with small children it's a big problem with children. There is no coffee maker in the room!!! In Italy, I would expect different amenities in the room due to the price of the accommodation and the classification of the hotel. The breakfasts were great.

Everyone on property were genuinely kind and very accommodating. It was our anniversary and they arranged rose petals in a heart on our bed. Suggestions made to activities in the area exceeded our expectations. It was fun having bicycles to ride into town to eat and shop. The resort was very clean and relaxing.
